SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, the processing of your order begins, at which point no amendments or cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We provide standard shipping to any Australian residence's for a flat fee of $10 AUD.

We post all orders using a company called Couriers Please.  All orders will be dispatched by 9am the following day and should arrive within 2-4 days for standard delivery if you are located in the metro areas within Australia.  Regional areas may take an additional 3-5 days. 

As soon as we have dispatched your order Couriers Please will email you with a confirmation and tracking number.  Please use this tracking number on the Couriers Please website to follow your items delivery process.  If your parcel is not received within the estimated delivery times please contact Couriers Please and quote your tracking number. 

Important information:  Deliveries are out of our control so if your parcel is overdue, you haven’t been home to receive your parcel or you haven’t provided alternate instructions to Couriers Please to deliver your parcel then please make sure that you contact Couriers Please with your tracking number.  We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels.  Once the goods are dispatched it is then the responsibility of Couriers Please.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yes we ship internationally!

Depending on the international destination we use either Couriers Please or Australia Post for international shipping.   Shipping fees vary based on destination. 

Standard shipping to New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region incur a flat fee of $20 AUD.  For all other international destinations a flat fee of $30 AUD applies.

Delivery times are subject to destination locations.  As such please allow between 7-10 business days for your parcel to arrive.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

While we do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on International orders, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all Duties and Taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country.
